CompTIA A+ Certification

Overview

The popular A+ certification for PC technicians was established in 1993 by CompTIA – The Computing Technology Industry Association. The aim of the A+ certification is demonstrate a basic knowledge of supporting microcomputers. The certification is achieved by taking two computer-based multiple-choice examinations. The A certification is widely recognised in the computer industry, and significantly improves a technicians ability to secure and keep employment. The course aims to teach you to perform tasks such as installation, repairing, configuration, troubleshooting,optimizing, diagnosing and preventive maintenance in the context of the field service or enterprise environment.
